Product: Example: Pavilion all in one 27
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
When I start my computer, I get warning screen with CMOS reset(502). It than loads up windows fine. After about 5 mins, the computer completely shuts down. I cant restart the computer unless I unplug it for about thirty 30 mins first. I have tried resetting the bios to default settings, but didnt change anything. When I try to run diagnostics, it shuts down before it can complete any. I tried replacing the a/c adapter, and tried different outlets in the house, and checked voltage from outlets. I am having no luck. I have only had the computer since march 2020, but the warranty is expired. Please help!
