Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using an HP Compaq Elite 8300 (with i7-3770 CPU + 8 GB memory) running Windows 10 Pro 21H1. I installed a SSD, it makes the PC very fast and responsive. It runs on TPM version 1.2, so I can't migrate to Windows 11 if I need to.

 

Can I upgrade TPM on this PC to version 2.0? Do I need the BIOS update sp95971.exe ?
