I have an HP Pavilion 15 ec0xxx (which shows as ec0014nt when I use the serial number but it is different in the System Information page). I have switched to Windows 11 recently, my laptop supports it and even downloaded Microsoft's PC Health Check again to be sure that there was no mistake. The problem is HP support page detects the OS as Windows 10, even after downloading HP Support Assistant, I get driver updates for Win10, not 11. Some of my drivers SA downloads are from 2020!
Seriously, what can we do to get appropriate support from HP for windows 11? Support Assistant broke more than it was suppose to fix. I can't even use the latest drivers from AMD's Radeon Software because Windows update keeps reverting the driver to a version from 2020. (the issue is not just the amd drivers btw, that is another issue).
Can someone help me with this problem please?
