HP Recommended

I have done the system reboot. Done f2 and f11. Completely redid the windows on it and it still won’t go past the welcome screen. I had it up to the loading windows and it just restarted and went to the welcome screen again. Help!! I love this computer. I’ve bought another cheap laptop in the meantime. But I want this laptop to work again i do t care if all my data is erased and it starts from scratch. Just want my laptop to work again
