Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello everyone, I have faced issue related to the my HP Laptop, its very slow. When I opened more than one window or playing various types of heavy games, its totally slow down. The specification are fine but I don't why it happens. How to fix it?
