HP Recommended
Product: HP Z240 SFF and EliteDisplay E243m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Simply cannot get my webcam working (at all). 

1.Installed the latest drivers

2.Replaced the USB A to USB B cable

3.HP sent a replacement monitor - no change

4. I do get an error trying to install the camera firmware: "SPCA_FWUPDATE has stopped working"

5.When I try and install the webcam software i get webcam not found

The only other thing I can think of is I am using HP cable DVI- to DVI, maybe the WebCam only works with an HDMI cable connection????
