Product: 14-cb172wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have 14-cb172wm and a 14-dq1043ct laptops, both out of warranty. The 14-dq1043ct works with 4 monitors/TV's that I have tried; Samsung 525D, Sharp LC-46D92U, Sceptre E22 and an older LG TV mounted on a class room wall. While the 14-dq recognizes and works with all, the 14-cb172wm will recognize only the Sharp and Septre, not the Samsung or LG.
Both computers run the latest Windows 10 Home edition with all updates. I have swapped HDMI cables and also used the same cable with both laptops with no apparent difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
