Product: HP 6590
I am getting a error message that the original is jammed or document feeder is dirty. I have cleaned the rollers, sprayed inside with compressed air, turned printer off and back on and taken everything apart to check. Nothing is jammed. I have never used the scanner part and barely use the copy option. I print from my phone and I barely do that, I haven't gone through a ream of paper yet in about 3/4 years (just to give an example of how little this printer is used) What else can I do to fix this issue?
