HP Recommended
Product: envy 6430e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i just bought a envy 6430 e printer after checking online , on the understanding that it would print on 300 gsm card . 

but i have tried to print a greeting card on it and the print is offset on the card as though the card has not gone through correctly . am i missing a setting somewhere or isnt this model capable of printing this type thickness of card ??
