Product: Elitebook 840 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I have an Elitebook 840 G2 with Intel HD Graphics 5500. I can connect a second monitor Vga to Vga and it works fine. On that same monitor, if I connect with a Vga (laptop) to Hdmi (monitor), the monitor receives no signal.
Connecting another laptop to that same monitor with an hdmi cable works fine.
I have updated the graphic card drivers but it still doesn't work.
Does anyone have any tip on what could be the problem or what I could be trying/checking next?
Thanks in advance!
Carlos
