Product: HP All-in-One PC 24-df0000i (8SP47AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I switched off my computer whilst on holiday when  I returned I switched in my computer and everything was reset and all my personal files and apps including hp support assistant that came with my computer was gone . Anybody explain why this happened . My computer is Wi-Fi only and was switched off at the mains I tried to do a restore point but that had been wiped as well confused
