Notebook Boot and Lockup

Hello.

I want to update the BIOS of my laptop: HP Pavilion DV6-6151es. I have searched the HP website and found:

DESCRIPTION
This package contains the HP BIOS update, Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) for the supported notebook models and operating systems. HP BIOS Update (UEFI) provides support for HP BIOS updates with safety and security.

PREREQUISITES
Microsoft .NET 2.0 is required.
UEFI and custom imaging
HP BIOS Update must be run from a FAT or FAT32 partition with a volume name of "HP_TOOLS". This installer will give you the option to install to the HDD or a USB drive. If you install to the HDD and the HP_TOOLS partition is not present, the installer will prompt you to create the HP_TOOLS partition. If you install to a USB drive, the installer will rename the partition on the USB drive to HP_TOOLS. If you use a custom image, you can create the HP_TOOLS partition manually with type FAT32 and make the volume name HP_TOOLS.
CAUTION
- The UEFI partition is not protected and can therefore be deleted.
- Backing up the computer using the Windows Vista Complete PC Backup does not back up the UEFI partition.
For these reasons, HP recommends that you do not place additional data on the UEFI partition. Because the partition is not backed up, corruption or failure of the partition will result in loss of all data on the partition, plus loss of UEFI functionality.

HOW TO USE:
1. Download the file by clicking the "Download" or "Obtain Software" button and saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where the downloaded file is saved).
2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

I have downloaded the file sp52509.exe. The file creates a partition on the hard drive called D:\HP_TOOLS, where these files are:

I have searched for information, because I do not know what else I have to do, and I have found:

BIOS management using system diagnostics
1. Download the SoftPaq from the HP Web site.
NOTE: Verify that the UEFI system diagnostics is installed on your computer (or USB flash drive).
2. Click Run, and then click Cancel at the Update/USB bootable dialog box.
3. Navigate to the folder located in c:\swsetup that corresponds to your SoftPaq number.
4. Locate the .bin file in the Rompaq folder (for example, 68CDD.bin) and then copy it to the Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\New\ folder in either the HP_Tools partition of the hard drive, or the USB flash drive.
5. Locate the .sig file in the ROM.cab file and rename it with the same prefix as the .bin file (for example, 68CDD.sig). Copy the renamed file to the Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\New\ folder in either the HP_Tools partition of the hard drive, or the USB flash drive.
6. Restart the computer, and then press esc while the “Press the ESC key for Startup Menu” message is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
7. Press f2 to enter Computer Setup.
8. Click BIOS Management from the menu and then select Update BIOS.

​But I don't quite understand this information. I also don't know which files are .bin and .sig.

Could you help me? How can I update the BIOS?

Sorry for my way of writing, but I don't speak English (I speak Spanish) and I use Google's translator. I don't understand much about BIOS either, please explain simple.
