with 'device not started (igfxn)'
New machine, Windows 11, graphics adapter seen by device manager as 'working properly' , initially device had started yet still 'required further installation'. Tried latest intel driver (released last month), but that led to event 'device not started'. Then a Windows 11 update, hoping that would solve issue. Then rolled back graphics driver, to the original one, but now that one won't start either. and neither does the latest driver.
It is an Intel Iris Xe graphics adapter, potentially powerful if only windows would actually use it
