Pavillion 14-ce3820sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Whilst using my 14-ce3820sa, the screen went completely black, and it disconnected from all peripherals. The power button was still on, but there was no response from the caps lock or any other input.

I have restarted the laptop multiple times, doing a full battery drain, and then restarting, and it will only turn on the power button, and the fans will start running.

Pressing the Esc key to try to enter the boot menu does not do anything.

Pressing the Windows + b  key whilst turning it on does not do anything.

I have opened the laptop to verify component seating, and everything appears to be okay.

The laptop does not respond to a second display and does not show anything.

There is no caps lock error code, the power button is the only LED on the laptop which turns on, other than the charging LED

I am completely stuck on what to do!

Thank you in advance for any help! Please let me know if there is any more information you need!
