Hello,
My ProBook was working fine. I plugged in the USB-C (7-1) adapter to connect the HDMIs and USBs with the laptop. The screen went black.
After that, I am unable to turn the screen back on.
The charging light on the side is blinking orange, even when I have the charger plugged in. I have tried both chargers, the USB-C type, and the regular one as well.
The small light on the Power button, f5, and f8 buttons remain on. Even after I long-press the power button, the small lights go away and then turn back on, same with the charging light. It turns off for a few secs and then starts to blink orange.
I have checked both chargers on another laptop, they are working fine. The laptop screen isn't showing anything, no matter what I do. I have followed all the general solutions, tutorials available on the forum. Any suggestion, support will be appreciated.
Thank you. Regards
