Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have an HP Spectre 360, which I upgraded to windows 11 when it came out. Since yesterday, my touchscreen stopped working entirely. I tried use the HP support chat but it only has support for windows 10 for my device.
I still went through all the trouble shooting steps it gave, I tried everything and couldn't update my bios because there was no windows 11 option. Additionally, I pressed f2 on startup and the touchscreen test worked. However, my touchscreen is still completely unresponsive when actually using my computer. I feel like I have tried everything and nothing is working.
