Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2K9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My Envy X360 just randomly shuts down for no apparent reason. The only way to turn it back on is by pressing and holding the on button. The shut downs occur mostly when the screen is bent fully back in tablet mode. Simply touching or moving the laptop is enough to shut it down. The laptop is only a few weeks old.
Yes - I have done all the Window updates
Yes - I have done all the HP updates
Yes - I have done a BIOS update
It happens when on battery power. It happens when plugged in.
It is completely random and occurs occasionally when in laptop mode but occurs very often when in tablet mode (making this mode completely useless).
