Product: HP ENVY - 17-s143cl
I was using my laptop yesterday morning fine and then last night when I went to login- it doesn’t recognize my pin. I’m not sure what happened.
things I know-
restarting or shutting down doesn’t help
neither did changing to logging in in safe mode
these were both things suggested to me if it was an update issue.
I noticed my login screen is asking for a password and I use a pin. Don’t know if that is the problem, but I can not find a way to change.
please help! I am completely locked out of my laptop ☹️
