Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just tried to order #10 ink cartridge for my DesignJet 500 plotter and it says it is discontinued.  Did my plotter just become trash?  Off brand cartridges get bad reviews, clogging print heads and more.  Does HP have a replacement?
