Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I also try Bios Configuration Utility, but when executing it gives this error, so I'm out of options Please help any one

Because original bios version F.02 & after unsuccess bios update to latest version F .38 (95%), all information of this laptop mismatch (model,Serial No, Product name etc). So how to edit/correct bios information to boot windows correctly
