HP Recommended

Hi,

I have an HP laptop and pretty sure it’s Windows 10.  I am having trouble booting up Windows. At first it just got stuck on loading up Windows then it got stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair and now it just has a black screen. Any ideas what to do or should I just ditch it now?
