Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I tried all the solutions described and none worked.

I tried:

1- Win+B / Win+V and power button, I hear the beeps but the display remains black;

2- Try to download bios from the product website: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-dv7-6c00-entertainment-notebook-pc-seri... ?sku=A6X00UA&serialnumber= [Personal Information Removed]- File: sp59755.exe

3- When I create the Recovery USB flash drive, on another pc, this does not happen, because the option to create does not appear, the file tries to install the bios on the computer that is being used to create the USB flash drive. Using the tutorial available on the website and youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k243bGIP3cc) it is impossible to create the Recovery Usb flash drive.

The screen to choose to create the Recovery Flash Drive does not appear, and it goes straight to the bios update.
