Product: Samsung Xpress SL-C410W Color Laser Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After changing Fuser the red light is still blinking. It's a shame HP dosn't help. Company Transimex WAS the only listed company in germany, they're offline. It's a shame that we - as a HP Partner - don't get help. even in my HP account i cannot find help. We just need the reset software, or the trick to reset the counters. We bought official HP-Parts at official HP-Distributors, after changing the red light is still blinking
