Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 17-cg1000 (19S97AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Pen Control software is not compatible with WIN 11 system. So I can not use my pen in Win 11, but works well in Win10.

 

The software edition is too old.

 

I call the HP service and was transferred 7 customer service is just wasting time. 

 

Anyone have solution?  They have not update the HP Pen Contral software for a long time, and I guess they won't update it anymore, and the HP Stylus pen is not detected by Bluetooth.
