Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, my Victus 16 R5, 3050Ti, 16gb, it randomly freeze the second time this week. All things freeze, mouse, keyboard, can't use ctrl alt del, I waited for 5 minutes but nothing happened. I have to hold down the power button to reboot manually. 

Please give me advice. Thank so much.
