Greetings. I've seen this issue in another board, but following the instructions resulted in nil, as the help website was unable to even discover my headset when I input the serial number. I have an OMEN Mindframe headset. While it's a wonderful piece of engineering, lately it's been generating extremely loud static whenever I raise or lower my microphone. As stated in the other board, this is likely a hardware issue. The website was unable to assist, for the reason stated above.
Please advise, this headset is otherwise marvelous and I would like to keep using it.
