HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey Team

I am having issues with my HP Reverb G2 VR headset.  It has been working fine for the past year and a bit.  I was playing a game at the time and the screen just went black. Headset is still being picked up by the computer and shows as working on my main screen however nothing through the lenses of the headset. The headset works fine in 60Hz mode but now will not run 90Hz yet has been ever since I started using it.

My computer has been running it for a year at least so its not that and its fully up to date both CPU and GPU.  No automatic updates have installed to suddenly make this not work.  No updates before or after, it just stopped going part way through a game.

I have tried uninstalling, updating, unplugging this and that, restarting this and that but to no avail.  Purchased through PB Tech New Zealand.

Comp Details Below

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, Windows 10
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER

I have emailed PB Tech NZ this morning so hoping to hear from them however would be keen to know if anyone else has had this issue and been able to resolve it. I am a huge DCS world and Elite Dangerous fan so very lost without me VR experience and a bit gutted that after a year and a bit I suddenly have possible warranty issues that basically may not be covered.

Thanks for your time.

Aaron
