Product: Sprout by HP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to go to marketplace in the sprout applications to download apps, it only gives me no internet connection. I have disabled firewall, and set security low so there should be nothing blocking anything. but still the app will not get into sprout marketplace. How to fix this?
