HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a paper jam which I have removed a d followed all the videos to check if any bits of paper remain. I know have a carriage jam issue stating the printer carriage cannot move. Have followed those videos replacing and installing printer cartridges but still the issue remains.   Please advise!
