Product: HP 15-gw0000 Laptop PC (1E420AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I AM NOT ABLE TO INSTALL HP TECHPULSE , ALTHOUGH  IN CONTROL PANEL IT IS SHOWING THAT IT IS INSTALLED , BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE IT AS AN APPLICATION.
