Product: HP Pavilion x360 14-cd1055cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My daughter returned from college and realized that her Windows Hello face id no longer works.  Webcam is working.  Tried to setup Windows Hello and the error said that the camera was incompatible. 

 

Microsoft online tech reinstalled windows 11 to try to fix - didn't work.

 

Does anyone have a work around.
