Was notified by the computer that it was having a difficult time loading windows. It tried several times but failed. Have been using windows 10 for many years without difficulty before. First backed up the computer onto an external hard drive. On several loading cycles I tried F11 and the Microsoft Startup Repair Tool. The program attempted repair but was unsuccessful . When i tried to exit and reboot i got a blue screen as seen below.
When i tried to contact HP they said the system was retired and not supported. Would like help in how to proceed. Should I purchase a dvd with windows 10 boot and repair? Any other suggestions. I think the rest of the computer hard drive files and apps are still present just can’t get to them.
thanks for your help.
