So, finally decided to take the plunge and upgrade to Windows 11. Apparently a big mistake, as my laptop won't let me past a screen that asks for my Bitlocker number. After spending several unhelpful hours with MS reps (including them having me to log into my MS account, which specifically states I have no Bitlocker number), they told me to contact HP. At this point I don't know what to do other than just completely wipe Windows from my computer and start over. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
