On startup, I get the error message "There is an issue with Trusted Platform Module data". Please note this is Windows 11.
I can choose Y or N to proceed, but it warns that if I choose "Y", Bitlocker may need a recovery key. I do not have a recovery key (I bought this machine with Windows 11 already installed/setup), so I hit N.
I am then able to use the PC, however I cannot use my PIN, I have to use my password.
I have checked other solutions posted here and as suggested, I have updated my BIOS to the latest version, however the Support Assistant keeps telling me I must restart to complete the installation. I have restarted 3 times and the message is still there.
If I check "Device Security", it says, "Secure boot is on. Standard hardware security is not supported."
I have tried checking the TPM and attached is the screen I see.
