Product: HP Reverb G2
I am getting intermittent issues with the display on my HP Reverb G2 'blacking out' for 5-10seconds every 5 minutes or so. Everything continues to run and the display resumes normal operation after these brief outages, but of course this doesn't work for gaming as I am blind for significant amounts of time.
When I try to contact support, I have been prompted to enter a serial number which is not being recognised. I even copied and pasted it from here per another forum post to make extra sure and it is still coming up as 'Please enter a valid serial number' when entered into the website.
What can I do from here?
