HP Recommended

I have the HP Officejet 6700 Premium printer and I am unable to print.  There is paper in the paper tray and I have cleaned the rollers.   

I am getting the following message when I try to print:  Load Paper and Select OK.  HP recommends ColorLok papers for best print results.

I have reset the printer and turned it on and off.   I still get that message and can not print.  Any suggestions?error.jpg
