Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just purchased an envy x360 laptop and randomly a vertical black rectangle pops up on the screen and the only way to get rid of it seems to be by clicking on ctl-alt-del. This is a total pain in the butt. I have tried installing all the windows updates and also installed all of the downloads for the unit from the hp site but it still keeps happening. It is almost like a pop up from the taskbar but nothing is open and it doesn't show up on task manager. Any help would be appreciated.
