Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-du3000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

1 Year ago 2021 i purchased HP du-3047 tx or say du3000 both are same laptop in 62k offline market -- intel i5 11GEN , MX350 2gb graphics , 256 SSD+1TB HDD, 8GB RAM

laptop is good but battery backup is less than 2 hours company claim is 8 hours since i purchased it from a brand new laptop

i dont want 8 hours but 4 hours is still good

even just doing word excel or youtube  very light work still 2 hours , in heavy usage coding it is 1 hour very bad 

from the day i purchased it and there is no returns policy in offline 

I have done lot of complains to hp , they replaced by battery that time , but still the problem is as it is 

i have facing same huge battery drain today also, searched some reviews comments and everyone mentioned it battery backup is 2 hours

battery is of 41 Whr - 3 cell battery 

can I plzz get any solutions now ??? done everything windows upgrade reinstallion 

why hp is fooling their customers ?? this is my first laptop and full year passed still the same issue
