I recently bought an NVMe SSD from Samsung and upgraded my laptop. Prior to that, Windows was installed on the built-in SATA HDD, and I switched the operating system from SATA to NVMe SSD. However, while I was installing the OS to the new SSD, there was a mistake—possibly in the bios or a system setting—and even though all the updates were flawlessly installed, there was one firmware update that wouldn't simply install. It's been weeks, but I still haven't figured out what's causing this update to fail to install.
I have also tried to install this specific firmware after downloading it from the HP website, but that file is a .bin file and I am not able to install it, trying to install it using cmd gives an error that system cannot open file. So installing it separately doesn't happen.
I also wanted to add that In my device manager there is not driver missing and If I try to update it then windows says it cannot find a suitable drive for this and if try to update it using file then also I doesn't happens.
I am attaching some images of the firmware and my current system information below.
Please go through the images and suggest your opinion on how I can really resolve this issue.
PS: I have tried to reset the PC twice, but this update does come with the first windows update where all the drivers are installed and it doesn't complete. This update is not an optional update and has to be installed as per my laptop.
