Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 11-ae131nr
Operating System: Chrome OS

I get a white screen with the error message:  Chrome OS is missing or damaged.  It says to make a recovery file on a flashdrive, which I did.  And it says "An unexpected error has occurred.  Please refer to https://www.google.com/chromeos/recovery."  I go there and it tells me to do the same thing, but to also try using a new flashdrive, which I do and get the same error.  Any thoughts?  I am past the warranty.  Thanks!
