Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14-dw0027na

I forgot my PIN, im trying to reset it. I clicked on the "i forgot my pin" option. I did my verfication and then it asks me if im sure i want to reset. I clicked continue but everytime i click it, its keeps telling me something went wrong.
