Hello, I bought Hp Victus 16 Gaming Laptop yesterday. I installed Windows 10 Pro x64 operating system and update the drivers with Windows Update and Hp Support Center. 


Touchpad not working and there's no speaker. If I connect any earbuds, it works but otherwise there's no sound from speakers. About the touchpad, I tried to on/off with FN key but still doesn't work. When I try to update drivers with hp website

, it stuck on the hp page.
