Product: HP DeskJet 2723 All-in-One Printer

When I am printing from mobile, it is always taking the paper size as 5X7inch though it is A4. I checked all settings. Whether it is a document, image etc, the default size is 5X7. If I am printing from laptop the paper is getting jammed. Even if I am trying to copy and print, still the print size coming as 5X7
