I have a Window 10 Hp Pavilion (ba113cl) and recently it has been the CD/DVD has been freeing.  It freezes just the application that is using the CD/DVD drive (For example, if I try to open a dvd from file explorer the Window will freeze, and not be able to be closed).  Any video application I try (VLC Player or Windows Media Player) freeze when I even try to open the dvd.  In device manager, 'Sm Bus controller' has a yellow triangle with an exclamation point next to it. I tried downloading driver from HP, but the problem till persists.
