Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

TO ANYONE HAVING ISSUES WITH RECORDING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS OR BEING ABLE TO HEAR THEM ON SKYPE OR ZOOM CALLS, AFTER HOURS OF SEARCHING I FOUND THE SOLUTION.  HP HAS A PROGRAM INSTALLED CALLED BANG & OLUFSEN WHICH YOU CAN OPEN ON YOUR LAPTOP SEARCH ON WINDOWS TAB, IT WILL OPEN IT UP AND THEN YOU WILL SEE SOMETHING CALLED NOISE CANCELLATION WHICH PROBABLY IS ENABLED FOR WHICHEVER MICROPHONE YOU ARE USING. JUST TURN THAT OFF AND THEN GO TO ZOOM OR SKYPE AND IT WILL WORK!!!  NOW I CAN ALSO SEND VIDEO MESSAGES PLAYING MY MUSICAL INSTRUMENT AND BE HEARD.  WISH THIS WAS EASIER TO FIGURE OUT!!
