Product: HP Z420 Base Model Workstation

Hi There. 
im getting this error on My HP-Z420.

is there any solution because i have tried everything installed old and new drivers to fix it, watched every YouTube video to fix it .. its not working. 

i have only used Wi-Fi on this PC never used wired connection but decided to use wired connection and there's this (code 10) error
Please Help me fix it. Thank You
