Product: HP EliteBook 1040 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4B923AV)

How can I access the hp ftp server?  I read from other discussions that I'm suppose to use ftp.itrc.hp.com. 

 

I tried to login as guest or anonymous and I get as far as "insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS" but it always ends with "Response: 530 Can't set guest privileges." then it fails.
