Bonsoir, j'ai récemment reçu mon nouveau PC gamer, le HP Pavillon 17,3

Lors de son premier démarrage j'ai constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de clavier rétroéclairé comme indiqué dans ma commande 

J'ai effectué toutes les mises à jours que ce soit le BIOS ou les mises à jours windows

J'ai besoin d'aide s'il vous plaît...
