Product: OMEN 25L Desktop - GT12-0235se
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I purchased the Omen 25L exactly 2yrs ago with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super. My pc started shutting down when attempting to run a game. Took PC to local Best Buy an authorize repair center and they notified me that after checking PSU and Graphics Card they found the card to be the issue. I know it’s out of warranty but does HP offer any type of assistance for a bad graphics card that’s literally 2yrs old? Thanks
