Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Spectre x360 has been having some display issues, where flickering static horizontal lines (typically white or black, but seems to depend upon the color of the picture on the screen) are appearing. Sometimes, it is very subtle with only only a few separate rows of pixels flickering at a time. Other times it takes up the entire screen. I have tried to recognize a pattern for when it gets worse or better,  and the only thing I have noticed is that it seems to get worse the longer the display is on, but this isn't always the case. There seem to just be good days and bad days. 

 

When using an HDMI to connect to a monitor, the issue does not occur on the other display. This makes me think it might be a hardware issue. The lines will also appear on boot up, further making me believe it is a hardware issue.

 

Anyone else have similar issues?
